Welcome to Rhythmsports

Rhythmsports is a Sport and Dance Club in the heart of the Hague: nearby station Hollands Spoor, and the Rijswijkseplein. Our club has an ultra-modern and extensive gym (Hoist and Sports Sart) and several rooms for all group lessons, Small Group Workouts, plus an extensive Freeweight space with the latest equipment from Panatta. Rhythm Sports has an incredibly wide range of lessons with over 50 classes per week, varying from Zumba to Rhythm Boxing.

And of course it is possible to guide you through a personal trainer, tailored to your needs and goals. We also offer various Small Group Workouts (Functional Training) at different levels. Come look at our sport and dance club where your sport for fun! We like to give you a guided tour or you can follow a trial lesson with one of our knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors
