Spinning, more than just cycling
Spinning is a challenging and varied work out. Exercises are done on a spinner bike, this is a special kind of hometrainer. In a Spinning class you virtually cover miles and climb the highest mountains with sprints in between. All of this alternating sitting, standing and squatting on your bike. This work out helps to strengthen the heart, to enlarge the lung capacity, to improve the blood circulation and to build flexible and strong muscles. Spinning is also a huge fat burner because of the intensity of the exercises and the interval techniques. Anybody can join this work out! You choose the speed and resistance of your bike to adjust the training to your individual level. Stirring music is used to create a “musical journey” to guide and encourage you through the workout to the finish. Beware: Spinning is highly addictive!
