In the 15 minutes Abdominal workout of 15 minutes, various which abdominal exercises and exercises for the lower back are performed. These sessions are given each day by one of our instructors. After a few weeks of training, you will notice all a complete abdominal muscle strengthening. You will lose fat without reduction of muscle mass. This combination of high energy and strengthening of the muscles, makes it the ideal training to quickly get in shape.
