Rhythm Boxing is a challenging workout that consists of a combination of boxing and Oriental martial arts techniques banging music. You train a kickbag, a portable punching bag on a weighted base. Stirring music supports the exercises to motivate you even more. During the lesson you learn martial arts techniques, but Rhythm Boxing is not a martial art.

You also will not work with sparring partners. Anyone of any age or any stature, can join immediately. Moreover, this workout speaks both women and men. During the lessons pay specially trained instructors much attention to technique and safety. The punching and kicking techniques are a great way to work on your fitness and strength, burn fat, and strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, buttocks, legs and your whole upper body. It is also a perfect training to discharge stress. You load your energy and get relax from the lesson! Of course, this training is especially a lot of fun! The variety of exercises, the enthusiastic instructors and supporting beats make an hour fly by.
